Leggs Old Plantation Bologna and Frank Seasoning produces an old fashioned bologna or frank. You can stuff it into a 2 1/2 inch diameter fibrous casing to make an old fashion type bologna or stuff into 32mm collagen casing to make an old fashion frankfurter. Makes 25 lbs. of smoked product. Use 1 oz. of cure with 25 lbs. of meat. Cure not included.
